Formed in 1991 to offer the construction industry in Bristol and the surrounding area, a high standard of scaffold workmanship coupled with our prompt and reliable service.

We operate throughout the country and have an excellent reputation for providing tubular access solutions for all types of construction works. These works vary from small scaffolds for property maintenance, large refurbishment contracts, major house building developments and complex support and facade shoring scaffolds.

In recent years we have built an excellent reputation for providing access scaffolds for the construction of timber and metal frame construction buildings, as a result of this success we now have our own specialist team who have extensive experience in overcoming the access challenges created by this method of construction.

Inclusive health and safety at work is first and foremost here at King Scaffolding, and by following the strict current industry guidelines we strive to improve the welfare and safe working conditions for all associated with our industry. 

The senior management has a high level of training accreditations varying qualifications, Advanced scaffold inspectors, SMSTS and SSST certifications which are all recognised within the industry.

Our ongoing training programme ensures all of our operatives have undertaken the mandatory health and safety tests and are CISRS compliant to the required level. We also have a number of operatives who have undergone the IPAF, CONFINED SPACE ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS, SLINGING + BANKSMAN, BlUE WATER AWARNESS, ASBESTTOS AWARENESS.

Our main accreditations

We have been full members of the NASC (National access and scaffold confederation) since 2008 and are audited bi-annually to ensure our standards and quality arrangements are maintained to retain membership. NASC membership is recognised by all the UK scaffolding industry The NASC are responsible for the development of TG and SG guidance , which is the minimum benchmark that all scaffold companies should comply with.
