Near Miss Reporting System

The Near Miss Reporting System is in place as all members of King Scaffolding staff are responsible in reporting near misses. All staff members have access to a near miss template and are able to fill one out and hand into the health, safety, environment, and quality, [HSEQ] management team if necessary. Upon receiving the form, the HSEQ team put appropriate actions into place to prevent reoccurrences. Any Near Misses are also discussed in managerial meetings.
